General rules applicable to all 77eecom bonuses:
VIP Cashback: the 77eecom VIP Program cashback has no rollover requirement. The amount is credited every Monday as free balance — available for withdrawal or immediate use with no additional conditions.
The 77eecom VIP Program consists of four tiers — Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Black — based on the user's monthly betting volume on the platform. Progression is automatic and reassessed every month.
Monthly volume is calculated based on the total amount wagered during the calendar month across any product on the platform. The tier is assessed on the first day of the following month. If the required volume is not reached in a given month, the tier reverts to the one corresponding to the volume achieved — without cancellation of benefits already credited.
77eecom reserves the right to adjust the VIP Program criteria with 30 (thirty) days' prior notice to affected members.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 77eecom support via 24h live chat or at contato@77eecom.click. Prior to final closure, any available balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the current rules.
77eecom may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:
In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 77eecom reserves the right to withhold balances derived from irregular activity for the duration of internal investigations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of 77eecom's services will first be submitted to an amicable resolution process. Should the dispute persist, jurisdiction is established in the district of São Paulo, SP as the competent jurisdiction to resolve any disputes, expressly waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
